Hello and welcome to my website.

I am a qualified, registered, insured and experienced Homeopath and Craniosacral Therapist.  I am also trained as a doula, working with scars and in building women back after childbirth.

I work with babies, children and adults of all ages, new systems and bodies with complex stories.  To be “heard” is one of the most powerful human interactions.

I have always worked with neurodiversity in children, this is really what inspired me from the start of my therapist journey. Most of the postgraduate trainings I was involved in were around protocols and ways to ease symptoms and help the whole family.  Working with craniosacral therapy brought a new dimension to this, the therapies work so well together.

I have a particular passion for working with new mothers in both pregnancy and after childbirth, and with babies. It can be really powerful to help to regulate the whole field after birth.  In helping parents integrate their experience the whole perspective on new life can change, babies need the presence of a regulated nervous system present in order to regulate themselves.

I offer packages of home visits for postpartum care where I work on helping Mum’s body to heal and integrate the birth experience and new baby into a regulated family field using craniosacral therapy, fascial and scar work, herbal packs and steams and homeopathy. (Not to mention a calm and knowledgeable presence!).

Where practical I can offer home visits where there are babies under the age of 6 weeks, and sometimes older.

I have clinics in Saffron Walden, Essex and Primrose Hill in North West London.  At these clinics I offer treatments which combine homeopathy and craniosacral therapy, scarwork and nutrition as needed.  I also offer appointments for individual therapies as needed.
