About Me

I’ve always loved solving problems – whether it was untangling messy systems in my years as an IT professional or finding ways to make life smoother for my family. When I used homeopathy with my own children and saw such amazing results, I realised I wanted to explore it more deeply and help others in the same way.

Once I gained my first qualification in homeopathy, my work naturally led me to children, especially those with neurodiversity. I trained further in specialised protocols to support them, discovering a passion for helping little ones find balance, calm, and confidence.

What fascinates me most now is the way life’s earliest experiences – from conception to birth and welcome – leave their imprint on us. Even in babies and young children, these subtle imprints shape how they experience the world, relate to others, and respond to challenges. In adulthood so many behaviours and outlooks can be related to these initial experiences and feelings.  My work is about listening to the stories our bodies carry, gently helping release restrictions or beliefs that might hold us back, and supporting an approach to life that facilitates curiosity, ease, and joy.  The earlier we get to listen to these stories the better, but it is never too late!

Helping children (and their families) and adults in this way isn’t just a job – it’s a privilege. Every day, I get to witness resilience, growth, and the unique brilliance in every person, which continues to inspire me endlessly.

However old you are, whatever ailments you carry, I love to try to get to the bottom, to the cause, and help you get back to health.

My training includes:

  • I am constantly updating my skills. With Ray Castellino training courses on pre and peri natal work, delving into my own birth process and subsequent imprints (if you haven’t seen your own you simply cannot hold the space for others).  I regularly attend trainings with Etienne Peirsman and have trained under Hugh Milne.

I am a member of the Society of Homeopaths and the Craniosacral Therapy Association.
